A valid credit card is required to be on file within your Proxibid account. Upon receiving your invoice, immediately after the auction, you can input the specific card you wish to use or choose ACH (electronic cash payment). This is your window for payment of choice. If payment is not made within 24hours, the system will automatically charge your Credit Card on file. By participating in this auction, you, the Bidder, further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge-back on his/her credit card. Nonpayment of invoice will be reported to Proxibid and will result in a suspended account with us and the Proxibid platform
Invoice, sent to your email on file as registered for the auction, will contain a ‘Pay Now’ button that will bring you to the checkout page. At this time, you can input the Credit Card of choice (does not need to be the one on file) or choose to make payment through ACH (electronic cash payment) in which you will input your banking information to initiate the payment from your bank account. All transactions are executed within Proxibids’ atgPay system and are PCI compliant. ‘Paid in Full’ Invoices will be emailed after you have completed the payment process and should be immediate.
Tax exempt purchases. You must have your certificate uploaded and approved within Proxibid. Please navigate to this section within Proxibid under ‘My Account.’ Certificates are no longer handled directly with the Auction House.
Payment for additional services such as Auction House arranged shipping and rigging will be added to the invoice as finalized/requested by the bidder. These charges will be added onto the invoice, and the buyer can make payment as an additional payment. Payment of the original won lot(s) is not to be held up for these additional services to be added in.
All items must be removed within the removal window set for each auction. Any items not picked up within said time will be considered abandoned, your payment will not be refunded, and the Auction House may resale or dispose of the item at its discretion.

Thank you for joining us for this auction. At Mid-America Store Fixtures, we strive to bring to the market good conditioned used items that will give you great value in your place of use. We value the relationship with you, our customer, so at any time reach out via email or phone with any questions or concerns.
We have worked hard to provide you the best available photos and accurate descriptions of items in the lots. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. We are a reseller of USED material and all Lots should be assumed to be the case unless noted as New. We do not and cannot guarantee nor warranty any item. For each item we bring to auction, it is bidder responsibility to determine condition, value, or any other factor; we make no representations to any aforementioned criteria, and all titles and descriptions are statements of opinion. In no event shall we be responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Each item has multiple detailed photographs and are described as what we see; please use your own expertise when bidding. We strongly encourage you to ask if you seek further details.
YOUR BID shall be conclusive proof that you have made yourself acquainted with these conditions and those stated in Information and Special Terms and you have agreed to be bound by them. We encourage and welcome any questions BEFORE placing a bid, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL, all items are sold as-is, where-is.
