All items are to be paid, and you or whomever you are sending must show a paid invoice when picking up items. No Exceptions!

Please contact the auction company for payment instructions. 956-283-0422 or 956-450-0742. If we do not hear from you within the 48hr period following end of sale, the Auction Company will file a report with Proxibid (exceptions can be made if the buyer contacts the auction company within the allotted time with a valid reason for delayed payment) You will not be able to bid in any or all online auctions in the future otherwise. You must contact Auction Company immediately to pay your unpaid invoice. If payment is paid with a Debit or Credit Card an additional 3.99% will be charged to your total. (Credit/Debit) Any amount over $1,500.00 must be sent through wire transfer. If payment is through wire transfer, NO wire fee will be charged to buyer. Checks will be accepted in person the day of sale only but buyer will not be able to remove items until check clears our bank.
**NOTE*** ALL credit/debit card phone payments will require a written approval of the transaction either by text or email, along with a copy of your driver's license or a picture I.D. We will provide that form to you once we get to that process.
Internet Buyer's Premium: 16% Online / 14% Live Capped at $7,500.00 per lot.
*You must handle your own shipping & freight. We do not handle shipping and transport.
*Our shipping assistance is only based on getting you the dimension, not the weight.
*An Extra 10% will be added to your buyer's premium for any small shipping assistance at your request, freight is not included.

All Local (RGV) Buyers have 3 business days to pick up equipment and out of state buyers have 5 business days or by appointment. You must show a paid receipt in order to pick up your items. Buyer's are responsible for their own loading of equipment & transport. Loading Assistance may be available depending on the item. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Bond & Bond Auctioneers, LLC or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Bond & Bond Auctioneers, LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum before the auction begins. Bond & Bond Auctioneers, LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Bond & Bond Auctioneers, LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations.
*All merchandise bought and paid in full must be removed immediately within the days disclosed. Anything left after those days will revert back to Bond & Bond with no recourse. No Exceptions!
