Bidders planning to finance any item must notify us prior to auction day and at registration. • Buyer acknowledges that If payment is not made on time, Buyer will incur a late fee of $25.00 USD per day after 1 week. Buyer is responsible for all bids made with its bidder number(s). If Buyer breaches this agreement, Auctioneer has the right to resell any/all items to a backup bidder or any other party of his choosing without refunding Bidder’s deposit and Bidder will be banned from future bidding.
