1. All bids are subject to approval by the seller after the auction ends. Bids must be honored for a maximum of 15 days after the bidding ends. A K-Tech representative will contact the high bidder after the auction ends to award or notify of no sell. Payment and pick-up arrangements will be arranged at this time also. 2. All awarded items must be removed from the property within 10 days of award date. Items not removed within this time frame will incur a $20.00/day storage fee. Extended pickup dates will be granted if possible. These arrangements need to be made with K-Tech during the Payment and Pickup arrangement time period. 3. All items sold are AS-IS and WHERE-IS with or without any faults. No warranties or guarantees will be made. 4. All Items unless listed otherwise are available to be previewed and inspected during normal operating hours. M-F 9 am - 5 pm eastern standard time. Special arrangements may be arranged for weekend or after hours viewing, but these must be arranged with a K-Tech representative. 5. Purchaser assumes all liability whatsoever resulting from the possession, use or disposition of items bought. Purchaser agrees to release, waive all rights against, indemnify and hold harmless the seller. 6. The Buyer acknowledges he/she has read and agrees to be bound by the additional terms and conditions set forth.
