DECLINED CREDIT CARDS: Any bidders with credit cards that are declined on reconciliation day will be charged a $30 processing fee to run another credit card- NO EXCEPTIONS! Please note these assets are sold one time with non-retractable bids. When you bid on any item, you are entering into a binding contract. If your bid is the winning bid on any item, your credit card will be charged for your purchase. A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be charged in addition for all internet bids. We accept Mastercard or Visa as forms of payments. SHIPPING: We will ship what we call smalls, IE: Glassware, collectibles, pictures, etc. using either UPS or USPS. Your items will be charged separately on your credit card. We will automatically ship, unless other arrangements are made. FURNITURE &/OR LARGE ITEMS: The Bidder is responsible for arranging shipment on Furniture and larger items. We will NOT call you about this. You must contact us within 5 days of the conclusion of the auction about your arrangements. Items will be held for a maximum of 15 days. If we have not heard from you within this time frame, your items are subject to be re-sold in the next available auction. A local shipper is available to make your shipping arrangements. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Hash Auctions may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Hash Auctions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Hash Auctions shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Hash Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Hash Auctions is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Hash Auctions or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Hash Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Hash Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
