1.) All Parcels will be sold by the surveyed areas. Survey will be provided by Seller. 2.) The successful bidder will be required to enter into a standard purchase agreement contract. 10% of the contract purchase price will be due immediately following the auction. Based on the 2021 real estate taxes paid in 2020, the 2022 real estate taxes due and payable in 2022 will be credited to the Seller to the Buyer at closing.
