Blued finish is in overall fair to good condition with some thinning and holster wear on top and front of slide as well as worn finish on grip straps. Wood grips have pattern carved in on both grip halves and have no chips or cracks. Bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling and some minor oxidation near muzzle. Pistol has matching frame, slide, barrel, and locking block with mismatched magazine numbered "4081" ...morewith electro-penciled "4323" on right side and Waffenamt 88 on back. Pistol appears to have been refinished as no Eagle N proof marks are present on slide with Walther markings on slide being slightly faded. Blued finish is in good condition with some finish wear and loss on edges. Slide has some minor pitting on left side near markings and on top cover. Checkered wood grips are in overall fair condition with several minor chips on top of back strap where the 2 grip halves meet. Pistol appears to have been partially refinished with blued finish is in overall fair condition with some pitting on right side of slide and barrel. Colors absent from "S" and "F" markings near safety. Brown Bakelite grips are in overall good condition with a minor chip near the magazine release on the left grip half. Toggle has crisp DWM marking and clear Imperial German proof marks on the right side of the barrel assembly. Pistol has iconic 7.75" barrel with tangent rear sight. Blued finish is in overall very good condition with some minor pitting and oxidation above the right grip and bottom of frame near right screw. Checkered wood grips are in good condition with some minor wear to checkering. Bore has some pitting with well worn rifling. Crown has some minor oxidation at edges. NOTE RECEIVER HAS BEEN DEMILITARIZ...moreED AND CUT TO ATF REGULATION. LARGE SECTIONS ARE CUT/TORCHED AND NOT PRESENT. Appears to be all numbers matching. Correct original sling. Includes hard to find uncut original barrel with bright shiny bore with strong rifling. Also includes middle section with rear sight from de milled receiver. Bolt, barrel, and trigger group all matching numbers. Includes two correct original magazines with one marked "kur 43" with WaA815 and the other marked "gqm 4" with WaAA98. Extremely hard to find parts. Keep yours running or build a display or semi auto. Very nice kit includes almost all parts except under barrel ridge used to keep barrel down/locked. Original WWII German MP44 Parts Kit/ Display kit

A parts kit for an original German WWII produced MP44 assault rifle. Receiver section is marked "MP44" and magazine well is dated 1944 with WaA29 Waffenamt. Parts kit app...moreears to be older Demilitarization updated to more recent ATF regulations. Receiver has been Cut/Torched and is missing large sections at multiple places. Barrel has also been welded and plugged shut in chamber. Butt stock has a minor chip as well as a crack near the oiler compartment. Kit is missing several parts like the hand guard and recoil spring as well as some internal parts but includes original magazine marked "MP43" on one side and "fxo" with Waffenamt 37 on other side. Would make for an excellent display piece with dummy receiver. Hard to find parts kit with many matching numbers and nice patina. See photos for more detailed condition estimates.

Wood furniture in overall good condition with some wear on hand guard and butt stock. Comes fitted with a sling and a drum magazine marked "Made in Romania". Georgian Thomas Flintlock Pistol .45 Cal (A)

An uncommon, antique central box lock flintlock pocket pistol signed "Thomas" on left side and in .45 caliber. Pistol signed by Thomas were supposedly made in a very limi...moreted time span in the late 1790s-early 1800s. Pistol was made circa 1800 and has 2" turn off barrel. Action is engraved with "Thomas" on left in decorated oval with right side engraved with decorative pattern and bordering present. Bottom of chamber has a pair of proof marks featuring an upside down 3 leaf clover over the letter "P". No flint is present is centrally mounted cock. Pistol has sliding pintail catch to keep pistol at half cock position. Some tarnishing present on metal with clear engraving and some shine still present. Slab side wooden grips are in fair condition with a hairline crack behind left side plate and a smaller crack behind right side of tang. Wooden grips have a spiral pattern on bottom of grips. Bore has some patches of surface rust present. Half cock and full cock positions work as intended with trigger releasing cock as intended. See photos. Mass. Arms Co. Maynard Pocket Revolver .28 Cal (A)

A rare and unique Massachusetts Arms Company pocket revolver utilizing Maynard's Patent for his priming tape, chambered in .28 caliber. The Massachusetts Arms Company wou...moreld first produce the Wesson and Levitt dragoon revolver which violated several of Colt's patents at the time. To remain in business, the Massachusetts Arms Company would redesign the revolver to make a gun that was legally not in violation of Colt's patents. This revolver would use the Maynard priming system and would use it under license for these revolvers until 1857 when Colt's patents finally expired. The revolver would be produced in 2 variants with a .31 caliber belt model and a .28 caliber pocket model, of which this is the latter. The Massachusetts Arms Co. would produce roughly 1,000 in total. This pocket model is number 616 as marked underneath the side plate. This revolver has an automatically indexing cylinder where the cylinder indexes when cocking the hammer. Revolver has 3" barrel with fixed sights. Side plate is marked "Maynard's Patent/Sep. 22. 1845", top strap is marked "Mass. Arms Co./Chicopee Falls". Finish is in overall fair to good condition with some minor rust on side plate and on engraved cylinder. Bright fire blue still present on barrel and barrel latch though worn. Engraved cylinder and frame have mostly turned to a brown patina with some blue still showing in lower handling areas. Wood grips are in overall good condition with no chips or cracks. Bore has some minor patches of surface rust and is dusty with well defined rifling. Hammer indexes cylinder when cocked and cog wheel for tape primer rotates with every cocking. This revolver comes in a wooden case with original lining, Mass. Arms Co. Cap for tin of Maynard primer tape, Mass Arms Co. marked dual cavity brass bullet mold, unmarked powder flask, disassembly tool, and more. A nice example of a scarce, unique revolver with a not often seen priming system. Perfect for any antique revolver collector. See photos. Antique firearm, no FFL required with this firearm. SN: 616
