There is a 10% Onsite Buyer’s Premium w/ a 3% extra charge if paying with credit card. There is a $600 max cap on this buyer’s premium. There is an additional 2% Buyer’s Premium if bidding online. There is no cap on this Buyer’s Premium. SC sales tax laws apply to all purchases. You will receive an invoice for your online purchases on the Monday after the auction. Your invoice must be paid by the Wednesday after the auction. If you would like to pay by credit card, you will have to call us with your credit card information. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. A Bank Letter of Credit is required for all purchases over $5,000 unless a previous relationship has been established with DAG. We do not accept out-of-state checks. You can also do a wire transfer to us. There is a $25 wire transfer fee. No credit card charge backs allowed. There is a $50 document fee added to each vehicle purchased. We will do all the title paperwork on the day of purchase. You will have to pay us the sales tax and any additional fees that the SCDMV charges to get it transferred into your name. The SCDMV will then mail you your title and tag. There is a $10 NICS processing fee added to all firearm sales. You must fill our ATF Form 4473 and pass the NICS background check to purchase any firearms. All items are sold as-is, where-is. DAG does not guarantee any item as to usefulness. DAG does not guarantee any year, model, hours, etc. No items will be loaded until items are paid for in full. Buyers are responsible for loading, removal and transport of any purchase. DAG will assist in loading to the best of our ability but is in no way responsible for loading. DAG will not secure loads. DAG, their representatives or the seller are not responsible for accidents, injuries, fire or theft. Every effort is made to “guard” merchandise throughout the auction; however, the bidder becomes solely responsible for all items purchased by them immediately following their winning bid. Therefore, they are advised to further guard their items at their discretion. The bidder is responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on. If they are unsure, they should inquire or not bid. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have affected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. Auctioneer will not honor “mistakes”. DAG reserves the right to add or delete items for the auction. You may preview items Monday through Friday from 8a.m. to 5p.m. We load items Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm. No one will be loaded after 4pm. No exceptions. ALL ANNOUNCEMENTS MADE ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION SUPERSEDES ANY PRINTED MATERIAL. DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL, A PIECE MAY BE REMOVED FROM AUCTION.
