Buyers are responsible for loading, removal and transport of any purchase. DAG will assist in loading to the best of our ability but is in no way responsible for loading. DAG will not secure loads. DAG, their representatives or the seller are not responsible for accidents, injuries, fire or theft. Every effort is made to "guard" merchandise throughout the auction; however, the bidder becomes solely responsible for all items purchases by them immediately following their winning bid.
