Bidder agrees that he has satisfied himself and is not relying on Linkous Auctioneers, nor are Linkous Auctioneers liable, for any matter in respect to the above. Bidders are urged to inspect each item and bid according to their observations. No guarantee is made on year, make, model or condition. Bidders shall rely upon their own inspection and not upon any representation, description or nomenclature of adjustments or rescission of any sales based upon the failure of the property to correspond to any particular standard or expectation.

Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Linkous Auctioneers or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Linkous Auctioneers will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
