We charge a $10 administrative fee per firearm (any firearm including black-powder firearms and antiques). To bid in this auction, you must have a valid credit card on file. If your credit card payment is denied there will be a $10.00 administrative charge. If your credit card charge is refunded due to no fault of our own, you will be charged a $10.00 administrative fee, plus 7% of the refunded amount (This covers fees we are charged by our credit card processor and our administrative time).

Shipping Instructions: The shipping charges are the responsibility of the bidder. The shipping company will vary depending on the items purchased either UPS or the United States Postal Service will be used. The cost of shipping will be according to UPS or USPS charges plus the shipper's packing and handling fee. Shipping is charged separately to the credit card on file. If you would like your items shipped without insurance please contact the auction company immediately following the auction by E-Mail at eogshipping@gmail.com. Shipping is taking longer than average for a number of reasons beyond our control...please be patient. Could take as long as two to three weeks. Shipping for LARGE items are SOLELY the responsibility of the winning bidder. All such sales are final and may be picked up in person at the auction house. Driving Directions: From Interstate 64, take Interstate 264 toward Virginia Beach, VA. Once in Virginia Beach, take the South First Colonial Rd exit. First Colonial becomes Oceana Blvd after a 1/4 mile, stay on Oceana for 3 miles till you pass NAS Oceana's main gate (Tomcat Blvd). At the next stop light, turn right onto Harpers Rd, go 100 fet and then turn left into the Harpers Road Commerce Park - the auction house is located on the back left.

All merchandise is either new or used and consigned; ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! NO RETURNS OR CHARGE BACKS ALLOWED! Returns and chargebacks will result in a BLACK FLAG with Proxibid.
