Edward Johnson Auctioneers, Inc will send invoice out to all winning bidders after Auction on Friday, March 6th, 2020. Buyers will need to take PAID invoice with them to clean out Storage Unit at the facility location. Buyers that have not paid will be turned over to Proxibid for non-payment. Bring a padlock to place on the storage unit and be prepared to have unit cleaned out within 72 hours of Auction. Storage Facility MAY rent the unit to the buyer if need more time. NO Shipping on this Auction NO CHECKS accepted NO Dumpster Privileges Refundable deposit will be returned to buyers once unit is cleaned and checked. Clean out deposits will be Refunded on credit card that was used at auction as soon as we are notified the unit is clean and empty. Edward Johnson Auctioneers is not responsible for any lockers removed by consignors; from sale, prior to auction day.
