Maria-10 y/o Mare

Maria is a sweet little mare that has been used mainly on the ranch. She has a smooth, long-strided walk and trot. She is easy to catch and load and she is kind and quiet. She has drug calves in the branding pen, gathered yearlings, been exhibitioned on the barrels. She has been heeled on in the practice pen and has been at a walk and trot through the pole pattern. She also had her first (and only) colt a year ago and was a fantastic mom. She is sweet and kind, but hasnt been ridden much in the past two years. She hasn't spent a lot of time at a lope and she occasionally will walk forward while being saddled. Both of my kids do ride her both saddled and bareback, but she doesn't have the experience to be a true "kids" horse at this time. She has all the potential in the world, but hasn't seen all the miles and sights yet. This is a great little 14.2 hand grade mare. Please give Lacy a call to learn more about her.
