1. You may use cash or check to pay your invoice at time of pickup or you can use a credit card to pay your invoice. The credit card information you provided when you registered is for account security only.
2. All items sold AS IS WHERE IS. There are NO RETURNS on ANY item. If you are the winning bidder, the item is yours.
3. SHIPPING: We ONLY ship to the shipping address supplied to Proxibid. Prior to a package being shipped, you may EMAIL us with a change of address. Once a package is shipped, and you have failed to notify us, you will have to wait for the package to return and repay the shipping fee to the new address.

5. The Red Barn Auction Company DOES NOT accept any phone calls or texts relating to condition of the items, bids, etc…AFTER auction closing begins.

Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning The Red Barn Auction Company, at its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding or reschedule the closing date of the auction and resell any items/lots that were affected by any malfunction.
