This is our first auction at the Garland ReStore. We are limited on space. Please call or text to let us know when you will be picking up and we will try to stage your items to expedite loading. We can pick, pack and get a shipping quote via USPS and Fedex for any items less than 55lbs. Heavier items can be palletized for freight. We charge $35 and up for labor to pick, pack and palletize. We will get you the weight and dimensions and you will need to arrange freight.

All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults and no warranty or guarantee of any kind expressed or implied. Some of these lots are very dense and are described on a "best efforts" basis. For pallet quantities, we will check 1 or 2 boxes and list the items based on those. We try to include enough photos for you to be able to assess the quantity and condition of each lot, but BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR INSPECTING ITEMS IN PERSON TO SATISFY THEMSELVES AS TO QUANTITY, AUTHENTICITY AND CONDITION OF ALL LOTS. This is a timed online only auction and lots will have a staggered closing. Auction begins closing on Saturday, November 6th at 11:00am CST. 1 lot will close every minute until auction has completed, unless extended bidding goes into effect. You will receive an invoice Saturday evening with payment instructions. Payment will be due within 3 Days of the auction close regardless of pick up arrangements. WE DO NOT WORK AT THE HABITAT FOR HUMANITY AND ARE ONLY SCHEDULED TO BE THERE ON THE LISTED PICK UP DAYS. ALL ITEMS NOT REMOVED ON THE DESIGNATED PICKUP DAYS WILL BE DEEMED ABANDONED UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTIONEER.
We do not use Proxibid's payment system. We have an authorize.net payment gateway and will send you an invoice to pay with credit cards.
