READ OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE BIDDING ON OUR AUCTIONS PLEASE. PICK UP IS Thursday, September 13th from 11-2pm at 137 Stanridge Ct, Easley, SC. When you bid on our auctions, you are agreeing to ALL our terms stated here. Please read through our terms. SHIPPING TIME & PRICE: PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A PHONE CALL FROM US UNLESS WE HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR CARD ON FILE. Due to the number of invoices we ship out, We DO NOT provide tracking numbers. IF we personally ship your items, we automatically charge your card for shipping and ship your item within 2-6 weeks. For smaller items, we offer in house shipping via USPS. Larger items & breakable items we use the UPS Store in Taylors, SC. This is at the auction company's discretion. When we ship, we charge the USPS rates plus $5.00 to help cover packing materials & time... every package is insured against breakage and loss. If you receive an item that has been broken in transit, the USPS will cover that. We use recycled boxes & ship MOST packages Priority. **FOR PURCHASE OF MULTIPLE BREAKABLES & HEAVY ITEMS we use the UPS Store in Taylors, SC (864) 268-6068. This is at the auction company's discretion. We charge $5-$15 for transporting your items from the estate to our facility or to the UPS Store. IF YOU DO NOT PICK YOUR ITEM UP YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO A TRANSPORTATION FEE OF $5-$15. DO NOT USE PROXIBID'S ESTIMATED SHIPPING CHART, IT IS NOT ACCURATE DUE TO WEIGHT, HEIGHT ETC. By bidding on this auction you agree with these terms. If UPS is used, UPS will contact you with shipping costs & you pay them directly. If you have questions regarding shipping, please contact us before bidding. We will ship most of our items, however, if you live far from South Carolina (California, Texas, etc..) please keep this in mind when bidding on large items, just because you bought it for $2.00 does not mean the shipping will be low as well. This is governed by the USPS, not All Things Auctioneers. WE DO NOT SHIP FURNITURE ...Due to the volume of packages we handle each week, We DO NOT provide tracking numbers. To arrive at your shipping charge, weigh your package when it arrives, calculate the postage (usps.com) , add $4.75 & insurance & you will arrive at your charge. When the auction ends, it takes 3 to 4 days for the funds to clear. We then package & and re-charge your card on file for shipping costs. This can take another 3 to 4 days for those funds to clear. We then schedule the post office to pick our items up & they are immediately shipped to you. If you do the math, that can take up to 8 business days for those funds to be available so that we can get your package to you. WHEN YOU BID ON THIS AUCTION, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL OUR TERMS THAT ARE STATED CLEARLY. Your feedback should not reflect those things that are out of our control including shipping TIME, shipping COSTS, & breakage. We have the right to block any bidder from bidding on our auctions. We understand frustration when items take a while to be delivered, however, we are not holding them, we are waiting for the funds to clear. We work very hard on our end everyday to make our buyers as happy as possible with their purchases. ...................................................... PICK UP: All items to be picked up on the specified date and time. BUYERS PREMIUM- Our 15% Buyers Premium helps cover our fees charged to us by Proxibid, Our credit card processors, advertising & other charges that keep our auctions running. This fee is necessary for us to keep our business going. If you ever have any questions, feel free to call us..... PLEASE DO NOT use feedback left for our company as a means of communication! If you did not receive your package, your package arrived broken or had an issue, please call us.. we are easy to get along with and very fair people.
