Real Estate: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AUCTION If you are the high bidder you will receive an email with a contract that needs to be signed and emailed back ASAP. A 10% deposit in the form of a wire or cashiers check is due by the first business day following the auction. Payment is by cash or cashiers check. NO CREDIT CARDS will be accepted on real estate purchases. There is a 11% Buyers Premium. Everything sells to the Highest Bidder, Regardless of Price! Everything sells on an AS IS, WHERE IS basis. Closing is within 30 days. NO Contingencies. Buyer pays ALL Closing Costs. All Real Estate is sold on an AS IS Basis. ALL taxes, both current and delinquent to be paid by buyer. Inspection by appointment ONLY or one (1) hour prior to auction. Personal Property: If you are the high bidder you will receive an invoice. All items must be paid for by credit card on the day of auction. We will call you to get your credit card info after the auction is complete. There is a 16% buyers premium on all personal property. 6.5% Sales Tax will be charged to Florida buyers unless a valid resale certificate is provided at time of payment. Out of state buyers who ship their items will not be charged sales tax. Pick up will be the day of auction or by appt. All items must be arranged for shipping by Monday 3/9/15. All shipping arrangements and paying for shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Ewald Auctions is not a shipping company and cannot pack items for shipping. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS.
