Payment Instructions: If you are the high bidder you will receive an invoice. Payment is by cash or cashiers check. NO CREDIT CARDS will be accepted on vehicle or real estate purchases. Credit cards will be accepted on personal property. There is a 13% Buyers Premium on vehicles and real estate. There is a 16% Buyers Premium on personal property. Everything sells to the Highest Bidder, Regardless of Price! Everything sells on an AS IS, WHERE IS basis. Buyer responsible for arranging and paying for pick up, shipping and handling fees. Shipping and Handling is the responsibility of the buyer. Sales tax is not charged on titled vehicles. All taxes will be handled by buyer when they register the vehicle. 6.5% Sales Tax will be charged on any personal property sold at the auction. Payment on all items is due by the Monday following the auction. All vehicles MUST be picked by the Friday following the auction. Any vehicles not picked up will be subject to a $25/day storage fee. Pick up or shipping of Personal Property must be arranged by Monday April 8th. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We have described the lots to the best of our knowledge.

Preview Date & Times: We tried to describe the items to the best of our knowledge. The auction items are strictly sold on an 'AS IS, WHERE IS' basis. Inspection on-site will be from 9-10am on the day of the auction or by appointment.
Checkout Date & Times: All items must be picked up from the warehouse by the Friday following the auction. Payment in full is due by the Monday following the auction. Any vehicles that have not been picked up by the Friday following the auction are subjext to a $25/day s
