TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AUCTION •Complete Bid and Sale Procedures and required documentation can be obtained by contacting the Auctioneer. •The Property is selling on an ‘AS IS, WHERE IS’ basis, with no warranties of any kind, express, implied, or otherwise. •3% Buyer’s Premium to be charged on Real Property. •Stalking Horse Bids will be accepted until February 11, 2022 @ 5:00p.m. •Stalking Horse Bidder to be selected by February 15, 2022. •Qualified Bidder deadline is March 18, 2022 @ 5:00p.m. •Requirements for participation, due diligence materials and legal documentation are available by contacting the auctioneer. •Auction to take place March 22, 2022 beginning at 11:00a.m. in an ON-LINE ONLY Format and ending when no bids are received within five (5) minutes from the previous bid. •$1,000,000 deposit must be made with the Escrow Agent. •Winning bidder will execute the PSA and forward any additional deposit to equal to 10% of the total contract price, within 24 hours of the auction.
