Payment Instructions: An 18% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases. A $12.00 administration fee per buyer will be applied for firearms being picked up in person. Buyers who have their firearms shipped will pay transfer fees directly to their local FFL. Once shipping and packaging charges have been determined, the same card will be charged. Shipping and packaging will vary dependent on the destination and items purchased. All firearms will be shipped either UPS or USPS insured with a signature required. All hand guns require trigger locks. $5.00 will be charged to the buyer for each hand gun purchased for the lock. Adjustments in sales tax (if applicable) may be made at the time of payment. Payment is due by 4:00 pm CT, Tuesday, July 20, 2021. ************** IMPORTANT PLEASE READ - FREIGHT REQUIREMENTS************** If sending a Freight Company or third party to pick up your purchases, a bill of lading MUST be emailed to sold@faheysales.com or MUST accompany the driver at the time of pick up. Fahey Sales Agency MUST NOT be listed as the shipper. The BOL must also mention the purchaser as well as the items they are authorized to pick up. Items will not be loaded and BOL will not be signed if our company is listed as the shipper. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Shipping Instructions: Firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer of your choice. The FFL must be scanned and emailed to firearms@faheysales.com within 48 hours of the conclusion of the online bidding accompanied with the buyers name, address and lot number of the firearms purchased. Please allow 4 weeks for shipping. No firearms will be shipped to California or New York. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pick up or have their purchases transferred to a local FFL. If you are sending a shipper or freight truck to pick up your purchases, the shipper/freighter is also responsible for packing your purchases. ****IF SHIPPING IS REQUIRED, PLEASE FORWARD THIS INVOICE TO SOLD@FAHEYSALES.COM**** Small items ONLY can be shipped. If shipping is required on large lots, please contact the auction company prior to bidding for an estimate. All firearms are sold as is and should be inspected by a gunsmith for safe operation before use.
Know your local laws.
"High capacity" magazines will not be shipped to CA, CO, CT, HI, MD, MA, NJ, NY or VT.
Smokeless powder, primers and aerosol cans will not be shipped.
When picking up in person, if a background check is required, firearms must be picked up by the person listed on the invoice.
Do not send your friends or family to pick up your firearms. We will not allow "straw purchases".
Handguns (pistols and revolvers) may only be picked up in person by MN residents. All others will need to be shipped.
