Method of Payment include- - Cash- Pay at the auction location in the north storage unit office in the front of the building. - Credit Card / Debit Card- (4% credit card fees will apply) Pay on site or if you wish to pay online through your invoice your invoice needs to be paid in full at least 24 business hours prior to pick-up we will not release your item(s) until we have a completed transfer of funds. -Cashiers Check- WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL, OR BUSINESS CHECKS. Make sure you put your invoice number in the note or memo section of the check. If bidder fails to pay the invoice total they will be subject to a $100 / per day late fee. If you are farm exempt or resale you will need to provide us with a Utah state sales tax exemption form to have those taxes removed. Invoices will be emailed to all winning bidders within 1 hour of the completion of the auction. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN INVOICE ~ CALL OUR OFFICE AT at 801-745-7568 FEES- There is an additional 4% fee for payment by credit/debit card. Your invoice total will not reflect the additional 4% if paying by credit/debit card. This amount is to be added at time of payment. 10% Buyer's premium will be added to the winning bids on all items. 7.25% Weber County, Utah State Sales Tax rate will also be applied to all items. ****Registration**** All buyers will register to bid through the Proxibid website. Bidders will establish a Proxibid account that includes a user name and password, in addition we ask you fill out all your other info in your account including the name that will be on your invoice if you are the winning bidder along with any tax exempt info to make the checkout process an easy transaction. A credit card authorization will be required at time of registration. Please be sure that you have SUCCESSFULLY completed the credit card authorization prior to bidding. If you wait until the last minute to perform this operation you may be late to bid on your desired lots. LOAD OUT SERVICE & APPROVAL: Northrop Auction Service provides a staff member and equipment to load your auction items. We are here to ASSIST you, buyer is responsible for securing their own loads and bringing their own straps, chains or boards necessary to secure their item for transport. Load out Dates- Load out Dates: Wednesday May 21st from 10 a.m - 4:30 p.m Thursday May 22nd from 10 a.m. - 4:30p.m. Friday May 23rd from 10 a.m - 4: 30p.m. Saturday May 24th from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Items are located at: 1100 N. 2000. W. Ogden Ut 84404 It is the customer's responsibility to bring their own tools, pallets, or straps for hauling materials - we do not provide these. Note: By accepting the terms and conditions of this auction you are entering into a binding contract and if you are the highest bidder on any item you will be required to pay for the items in accordance to the terms set forth in the terms and conditions of sale. 1) INTERNET ONLY AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All items sold "as is where is" with any faults. ALL DESCRIPTIONS ARE BELIEVED TO BE CORRECT, THE AUCTIONEERS OR THE OWNER MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, as to the authenticity of or defect in any lot and will not be held responsible for any advertising errors, discrepancies or inaccuracies.
