Renwick's Auctioneering charges a 10% buyers premium per item for all buyers. Internet buyers will be charged an additional 5% internet premium. All items must be paid for and removed within 48 hours unless other arrangements have been made with you the buyer and Renwick's Auctioneering. Otherwise, if items have not been removed or arrangement been made after 15 days the item will become the property of Renwick's Auctioneering and resold. Renwick's Auctioneering will try to provide you with a detailed description of the items as well as several pictures so please examine the photos carefully and be fully satisfied before bidding.
Property is open to public inspection. You can drive through the site anytime to preview the items. We strongly suggest you attend our auction preview Thursday June 19th and Friday June 20th 9am to 6pm and before the auction to personally inspect the items you are interested in. We will be onsite those days to help start any items. It is the bidders responsibility to determine the condition of the item before buying it. Bidders who bid offsite and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledges that they are not able to inspect items as well as they would in person. By making a bid the bidder accepts the terms and conditions, payment and removal terms and is bound by them. They understand that when the Auctioneer says sold the item becomes their property without any exceptions. The bidder with the highest bid becomes the full and rightful owner and it becomes his full responsibility. Renwick's Auctioneering has a right to accept and reject all bids due to any reason. All bids are final.
Account user is responsible for all bids placed whether intentional or unintentional. Bidder is responsible for all users on the account. After a bid is placed it is non-refundable. The record of sale kept by the auctioneer and clerk will be taken as final.
Renwick's Auctioneering will not be held responsible for any missed bids. We are not responsible for any damage to the item before or after it has been sold.
Renwick's Auctioneering is providing internet live bidding as a service to the bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the sale. Under no circumstances shall the Bidder have any kind of claim against Renwick's Auctioneering or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Announcements made day of sale take precedence over written or advertised announcements but do not alter in any way the terms and conditions of the sale.
