All purchases must be paid in full via wire transfer or certified funds delivered in person by 5:00PM on Monday March 31, 2025. We DO NOT accept payments by mail, DO NOT MAIL A CHECK! Invoices for internet purchases will be EMAILED shortly after the day #2 auctions are complete as a PDF attachment and will include the total price (hammer price + buyer’s premium). PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS ON FILE WITH PROXIBID. If you do not receive an invoice from ATM Auctions and Realty within 24 hours of the close of the auction, please contact the office immediately at 704-289-9286 INTERNET BUYER'S PREMIUM - 10% (For example, an item that brings $10,000 online would have a buyer's premium of $1,000.) 3% Service Charge on Credit Cards - $5000 Maximum Credit Card charge allow per/bidder. All titled vehicles and titled items are subject to a $30.00 title fee. Titles will be sent out FedEx within 28 days of auction date to the address you registered with on PROXIBID. NO TITLES will be given out on the day of the auction. All purchases must be removed within 7 days of auction. After 4/8/2025 there will be a $50 gate fee charged to meet and loadout. This must be paid in cash! After 4/8/2025 a $25.00 per day storage fee will be assessed. Items not removed within 45 days of auction date will be considered abandoned and become the property of ATM Auctions and Realty LLC with no recourse to buyer. Your registration and participation in this auction through Proxibid is a legally binding contract. Bidders who 'pre-bid' on items acknowledge that the auction catalog may be updated with more information as well as announcements made during the live auction that they are still responsible for. Bidders should call ATM Auctions and Realty LLC to verify the condition of any given item before placing pre-bids. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. ATM Auctions and Realty LLC is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against ATM Auctions and Realty LLC or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. ATM Auctions and Realty LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. ATM Auctions and Realty LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. ATM Auctions and Realty LLC is NOT responsible for deterioration of any item left on our yard. ATM Auction and Realty LLC IS NOT IN ANY WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS. Security is limited. ATM Auction and Realty LLC will make every attempt possible to protect your merchandise, but once an item is declared sold it is the buyer's responsibility whether the winning bidder is online or attending the auction in person. ATM Auction and Realty LLC does not guarantee nor issue warranty for fluid levels, batteries, tires, cab glass, etc. Buyers agree that they understand deterioration and/or damage may occur to items while on premises and that the buyer is SOLELY responsible for such conditions as may arise. The owner and employees of ATM Auction and Realty LLC may be participating and bidding on lots in this auction. If you are getting your purchase financed and ATM Auction must work with a lending firm in order to complete the financing process, there is a $250 Processing Fee added to invoice. TITLES: Unless specifically stated in auction catalog or by Auctioneer, ATM Auction and Realty LLC in no way guarantees a Title for any Vehicle, Trailer, ATV, etc. If you are unsure about the Title status of an item, please inquire before bidding.
