Commercial Model 1908 Luger, #8401o, 9mm, 4'' barrel, blue finish with straw small parts, factory checkered walnut grips, with one nickel-plated wraparound body walnut based magazine marked ''Germany''. ''(Crown)/N'' proofmark to left side of upper frame, blank chamber area, DWM marked toggle link, safety marked ''Gesichert'', extractor marked ''Geladen''. Front of lower frame stamped ''Germany'' through the finish. Condition is fine retaining approx. 87%-90% original factory blue. Thinning to blue at muzzle, highpoint of sideplate, as well as discoloration along the right side of upper receiver. Grips with mild flattening. Crisp action, fine bore. A nice original pre-war Commercial Luger. Est.: $1,800-$2,400. (C&R)
