You MUST BE 21 years of age to buy this firearm and you cannot be a felon to purchase a firearm. This gun must be transferred to the new buyer in compliance with ATF and NFA guidelines. The gun will be shipped from a Type 3 FFL to a Type 3 FFL in your area that is compliant with the National Firearms Act. They must have a SOT stamp to handle to the transfer. Buyer must obtain an ATF Form 4 to possess the firearm. A waiting period of 4 to 6 months is required to take possession. Contact your local Type 3 FFL for questions. All expenses related to the transfer are responsibility of the buyer. Bidding Procedures: Announcements made on the day of the auction will take precedence over all printed material or oral statements made. Method, order of sale, and bidding increments shall be at the sole discretion of the auctioneer. 1. All items will be sold at online auction only. Items not picked up within 2 days of designated pickup time without prior arrangement (per auction) will be resold or donated per Auctioneer’s discretion and no refunds will be given.
