Two Spanish Semi-Automatic Pistols -A) Scarce Early Production Campo Giro Model 1913-1916 Serial Number "79" Pistol
Approximately 13,000 of these pistol were manufactured. The left side of the frame is marked "<Pist.a aut.a mod. 1913-16> / 79," and the top of the slide is marked "CAMPO-GIRO / PAT. 34798-54214 / 1904-1913 / a five pointed star inside a wreath / ESPERANZA / Y / UNCETA / GUERNICA." The star and wreath logo is also stamped on the left side of the magazine. It is fitted with two-piece black checkered grips with a molded "crown / Campo-Giro" at the tops and the star and wreath logo and intertwined "EYU" logo below that. The lanyard loop at the base of the back strap is present.

Condition: Very good as refinished with most of the period refurbished rust blue remaining, a few small dings under the finish, very clear markings on the frame, and some softened round edges. The slide markings are mostly buffed off though legible. The grips are fair with scattered dings, small chips, a crack at the bottom of the right panel, and some larger gouges. Mechanically fine.

B) Astra Unceta Model 300 Pistol with Holster
This pistol has the Astra starburst logo on top of the slide, "UNCETA Y COMPANIA / GUERNICA ESPANA" towards the rear, and Spanish proofs. It has checkered grips with the Astra logo and includes an unmarked black leather holster.

Condition: Very fine with 90% of the slightly faded original blue finish, clear markings, traces of original niter blue on the extractor and grip screws, light handling marks, and some light pin point spotting. The grips are good with a break at the screw on the left panel and a small chip out of the logo on the right. Mechanically excellent. The holster is fair with some age cracks and stiffening of the leather as well as some scuffs.
