WE WILL NOT SHIP OR TRANSPORT Large items, furniture, ammunition, large lots of glassware, liquid, chemicals, closets or cabinet lots. These purchases have to be picked up between 11 & 2:00 pm on our designated pick up day posted in our terms or they are forfeited & still charged to your card . If you do not contact us regarding these items & you leave them behind for someone else to dispose of you will be blocked. Your bid is a contract, a promise to pay, our clients expect to be paid for these items as well as expect these items to be cleared out of their property. When you leave them behind, now someone else has to pay to have them disposed of. We should not be at a loss because you bid and now can’t pick it up. Any declined cards, we will open a case against you which will decline you to bid ANYWHERE on Proxibid. This is not to reprimand those of you who follow the rules, it's to keep out the ones who don't. We appreciate our customers & have to protect our business from fraudulent purchases.
Payment
Pick up is Thursday, July 1st from 11-2pm located at 623 Chestnut St, Laurens, SC. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 11AM, OUR STAFF DOES NOT ARRIVE UNTIL 11:00. THE DRIVEWAY IS NARROW, PLEASE BE PATIENT. Pull all the way up the driveway when picking up. ALL ITEMS NEED TO BE REMOVED BY 2PM NO EXCEPTIONS WE WILL NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO THE HOUSE AFTER 2PM. (SEE PICK UP FOR GUN PURCHASES BELOW) Large items & cabinet lots need to be picked up. If you purchased closet lots & shelf lots please arrive in enough time to have everything out by 2pm & bring boxes. Call with any questions 864-494-1965.----- GUN PURCHASES: Guns are not on Premises. Local buyers: Pick up by appointment only at Augie's Guns. Call John at (864) 593-6013 for appointment. NO CASH payments on guns, buyer’s card will be charged immediately after auction end. All firearms will be picked up at Augie's Guns, 237 Westwood Drive, Laurens, SC 29360. There will be a $30.00 transfer charge per firearm paid at pick-up at the location above & background check will be run. You must be 21 years of age and able to pass a background check. You will also have to fill out required paperwork. Any questions on qualifications to purchase please call John Auger at Augie's Guns (864) 593-6013. Out of state buyers will be required to provide a licensed FFL dealer in your area & arrange shipping to that licensed FFL dealer. All costs are the soul responsibility of the buyer. All firearms transfers will be in strict accordance with all Federal, State & local laws. Please be sure to check your state & local laws before bidding. If you are unable to purchase or own a firearm according to your residency laws, do not bid on these items. If you bid & find out later you cannot legally own or accept delivery, the bid is still a valid contract that the buyer must pay.-------We accept Cash, VENMO & ZELLE (with 3% discount, use our phone numbe 864-494-1965 to pay) also we accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard & American Express only. A 15% online buyer's premium will be added to all sales conducted via Proxibid. There will be no sales tax charged for online sales unless you live in South Carolina. You will be notified at the end of Auction via email with your settlement sheet noting all purchases & amount due, amount will NOT include your shipping costs. Any cards denied will be charged a $5.00 fee per charge. If you know there is an issue with your card, please contact us immediately. The invoice sent to you will serve as billing amount that is charged to your credit card on file (not shipping costs). We use The UPS Store in Taylors, SC as our shipping company (864) 268-6068. Any invoice not picked up will be subject to a $5-$15 transport fee depending on size of order.
