Lot of Five (5) U.S. Bayonets and One (1) Additional Scabbard, including: 1.) Model M-1 by American Fork & Hoe, with scabbard. Scabbard with flaming Ordnance bomb on the metal throat. 2.&3.) What appear to be cutdown Model 1942 bayonets. Blades shortened to roughly 6.5'', ground and reparkerized. Maker's marks are not visible. Both with U.S. M8A1 scabbards. 4.) Model M7 by BOC, with U.S. M8A1 scabbard. 5.) Model M7 by Imperial; no scabbard; blade with original wrap. 6.) Original U.S.N. MK I scabbard. Conditions range from very good to fine. Most are very good showing moderate wear. Cut down 1942s are fine as modified and refinished. Est.: $150-$250/lot.
