INTERNET PREMIUM: If you are the winning Bidder, you agree to pay, in $USD the full bid amount, plus 18% Buyer’s Premium and any and all applicable sales tax & shipping/handling costs. Reno Babcock Auctions, LLC reserves the right to reject any bid or Bidder at our sole discretion. You will be suspended or permanently banned from ALL auctions held by Reno Babcock Auctions, LLC if you provide false information when registering, such as a false name or fraudulent contact information. Any notices, posted or oral, during the sale, are also part of our terms and conditions of sale agreement. Acceptance of a bidder card or a bidder number constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions of sale.
* This is a SIMULCAST AUCTION. Live previews are available 10 AM – 6 PM on the following dates: Feb. 20th & 21st. If you are unable to make the live previews and/or live auction and choose to bid online, Bidder inspection of photographs and description is suggested and encouraged. If Bidder has any questions whatsoever regarding any lot, it is the Bidder’s responsibility to contact the Auction Co. prior to placing any bids. By placing a bid, Bidder signifies that they have examined photographs and description of items to their satisfaction.
* Auctioneer cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this simulcast auction is conducted in a live setting as well as electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The Auctioneer, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction. The decision of the Auctioneer is final.
* Consignors are not allowed to bid on their own merchandise or have any agent bid on their behalf. If the Auctioneer recognizes such bidding or is advised of the same, he may withdraw any or all lots consigned by the offender and will publicly recognize that consignor.
* All bids are a BINDING CONTRACT. Bidder acknowledges that once a bid is offered, the Bidder shall be bound by the bid amount. This is a simulcast auction. In the event of a tie bid, the floor bidder will take precedence over the online bidder.
* All property is sold AS IS where is with all faults, and neither Reno Babcock Auctions, LLC, nor any consignor makes any warranties or guarantees either expressed or implied with respect to the property, and in no event shall they be responsible for the correctness, nor deemed to have made any representation or warranty, of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, or condition of the property. Individual item details in the catalog are opinion and are written as an aid to potential bidders. Reno Babcock Auctions, LLC acknowledges that there may be errors in what is listed in the catalog. Bidder will rely entirely on their own inspection for any and all bids or opinions given without holding the Auction Co. liable for any and all statements made.
* All sales are final. There will be NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO EXCEPTIONS. Local pickup is available 10am-6pm MST February 24 & 25, 2020. Shipping is available. Please refer to shipping information below for details. All items must be paid for prior to being shipped or picked up in person. Items not picked up by 6pm MST on February 25, 2020 will incur a storage fee of $10 per day per item in addition to hammer price plus buyer’s premium. If for any reason the Bidder, after making payment for items, fails to remove any of the merchandise purchased by 6pm MST on February 28, 2020, items will be considered abandoned and Reno Babcock Auctions, LLC will have sole possession of any and all items.
* If for any reason, the auctioneer is unable to deliver any lot, or any necessary documentation required in respect to any lot, the auctioneer's sole liability, if any shall be the return of any monies paid on such lot.
*Shipping, Handling, & Insurance: Reno Babcock Auctions, LLC uses Express Print Pack & Ship of Billings, MT for ALL shipping needs. Winning Bidder will be contacted directly by Express Print Pack & Ship to arrange shipping & shipping payment. Auction Co. is not responsible for any breakage and/or damage incurred during shipping.
