1.For the Total Purchase Price of your item(s).
2.For the Total Price of Packaging, Shipping and Insurance on your item(s).
Declined cards will be charged a $10.00 re-processing fee for each attempt to bill your card.

Payment is Required within 24 hours of the winning bid.Your Credit Card will be charged within 24hours after Auction Close for Total Purchase Amount.Total Purchase amount is Bid price plus Buyers premium and applicable state and local taxes.
Once the item has been packaged a $25.00 handling fee will be applied for first item packaged and added to the shipping and insurance costs. If you have multiple items that can be packaged together we will do this to save on cost. If multiple boxes are used for your order $10.00 will be added to the total for each additional box used. At that time we will bill your credit card again for the total shipping costs. Payment is Required within 24 hours of the winning bid. We will charge your Credit Card within 24 hours after Auction Close for Full Purchase Amount. Full Purchase amount is Bid price plus Buyers premium and applicable state and local taxes.

Fragile or large items and items of high value may require a professional shipping service and may result in higher shipping costs. Garner Auctions, Inc. reserves the right to make this decision on items shipped. Shipping Insurance is required on all shipped items.

All bidders must register and have a bidder number to place bids before or during the auction. You are responsible for all charges to your number. Registering requires a valid credit card as a security measure to ensure you are of legal age and you are who you say you are.
Bidder should inspect the merchandise before bidding to determine its condition and understand that he/she is buying the merchandise based entirely on his or her own opinion. Please read, look and understand what you are buying. You must ask all questions before the auction. Once your bid is awarded the merchandise is yours no matter what was pictured or written.
We can only describe issues that we may see during cataloging. Please feel free to call on items up to 1 hour prior to auction start.

Firearms will not be transferred to the states of California, New Jersey, Hawaii, or the cities of Chicago, Illinois, or New York City, New York due to severe restrictions and complex laws. Please call the number listed for Garner Auctions, Inc. if you have any questions regarding shipping.
All applicable state and federal laws will be adhered to.
All firearms to be shipped are required to be received by a Class 01 or 07 FFL or a Class 03 FFL for C&R as applicable by firearm age and law. A copy of the receiving license is required prior to shipping. Licenses can be emailed to the above email address as a PDF (preferred) or a JPG so long as all names, addresses, expiration date and number are legible.
If purchaser does not provide FFL shipping information within 30 days of purchase, purchaser agrees to pay $25.00 per firearm per day storage fee for every firearm being held. These charges will be charged to the credit card on file with ProxiBid. If FFL information is not received within 90 days of purchase Garner Auctions, Inc. reserves the right to resell the firearm(s) and charge the purchaser 20% Buyers Premium and a 10% restocking fee. The remaining proceeds will be refunded to the purchaser's credit card on file with ProxiBid.
Bidders are required to ensure that the firearm is legal in their state, county and city and that all laws are complied with.
Liability/Warranty
Garner Auctions, Inc. nor any of their employees/owners shall be held liable for the condition, usability, functionality, quality, condition, accuracy, or safety of any firearm, firearm parts or accessories. No warranty is implied, inferred or granted on any product shipped, delivered or transferred. Products shipped are shipped, As Is, and packaged sufficiently to protect the item from damage through normal shipping methods and insured through the shipping carrier. Products damaged during shipment should have damage claims made with the carrier.
Bidders should check their local laws for any other regulations before bidding.
All applicable state and federal forms and laws will be adhered to.
CLASS 3. All firearms designated as Class 3 must be registered in compliance with the NFA registry. Upon purchase, all interstate transfers are done from Garner Auctions, Inc. to a Class 3 dealer, one with a FFL/SOT License, in your area. There is not a transfer fee to the buyer at that time. When the transfer is approved, the firearm is shipped to the Class 3 dealer. The Class 3 dealer then prepares a Form 4 transfer to the buyer. The buyer pays a $200 tax stamp fee at that time plus that dealers transfer fee. The only interstate transfers that can be done to an individual are those where the buyer has a Curio & Relics License and the firearm that is being purchased has been classified by the ATF as a NFA Curio & Relic. Note: if state or local law requires a permit or license to purchase, possess, or receive NFA firearms, a copy of the transferee’s (buyer) permit or license must accompany the application. Please check the status of your state before you bid or purchase to be sure of your eligibility to own and possess a Class 3 firearm as the laws continue to change. SPECIAL NOTE: If you are an SOT (Special Occupation Tax) payer (Class 3 dealer) you are able to transfer functional NFA firearms to or from other SOT payers and government agencies with BATFE approval, but without having to pay a transfer tax. If purchaser does not provide FFL shipping information within 30 days of purchase, purchaser agrees to pay $25.00 per firearm per day storage fee for every firearm being held. These charges will be charged to credit card on file with ProxiBid. If FFL information is not received within 90 days of purchase Garner Auctions, Inc. reserves the right to resell firearm(s) and charge purchaser 18% Buyers Premium and a 10% restocking fee. Remaining proceeds will be refunded to purchasers credit card on file with ProxiBid. makes no warranties or representations that the above-mentioned forms, fees, licenses and/or approvals will be sufficient for you to own or use your purchased firearm(s). Consult with your federal, state, and local laws, law enforcement personnel, or legal counsel to make sure you may legally own, possess, or use the purchased firearm(s) and that all fees, licenses and approvals are completed.
If the new owner of the Class 3 firearm is an Alabama resident they will be required to complete 3 forms: 1) ATF Form 4, 2) fingerprint card, and 3) ATF form 5330.20 Certificate of Compliance. These forms will be provided to you by A FFL OF YOUR CHOICE. YOUR FFL then mails the paperwork for the Federal Transfer Tax to BATFE. YOUR FFL will receive back one of the Form 4’s (they are sent in duplicate) with a Federal Tax Stamp attached to it. This is given to the new owner upon delivery of the NFA firearm. No further tax is due.
