This auction is for Western Canadian Buyers only. ALL vehicles are sold subject to bank approval and are NOT sold until you hear it from Gary Hanna Auctions directly, regardless of what your invoice says. Please note there is a 10% buyers fee plus the GST (5%) on top of the hammer price for ALL vehicles. All units are as is, where is, as photographed. No warranties implied or otherwise exist. All sales are final. The vehicles up for auction are located at 9620-45 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. If you are local or within driving distance you are welcome to view the items from 11am to 3pm Wednesday to Friday January 18-20, 2023. Come and view the vehicles up for sale to satisfy yourself as to condition and mileage, as no objections will be allowed after the sale on any grounds whatsoever. Due to the nature of the items being sold, we will not be shipping anything-- it is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure payment and pick up are completed on time. Payment must be made within 3 days of the auction closing, and vehicles & RVs must be picked up and removed by Friday January 27th.
