Now that the auction is over we are getting a lot of questions about payment and procuring your items. If you live locally or within driving distance, you can absolutely come to our auction to pay for and pick up your items. Our address is on your invoice (11303 Yellowhead Trail NW, Edmonton, AB T5G 3J8) and you get to us off of 121 Street. If you live far away and need your items shipped, please note shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, but we will help out where we can. Each lot has been boxed and sealed. We will have a scale & tape measure on hand to assist you with the courier of your choice, however you will still be responsible for getting the item(s) shipped out to you. We have no opinion as to the best way to ship your items. There are many couriers to be found on-line, such as DHL, FedEx, Loomis Express, Purolator & UPS. Nothing will be shipped until payment has cleared. If you need to send shipping labels for your packages to be picked up by a courier, please send them via email to info@auctions.ca and put “shipping label” in the subject line, and please put your paddle number and courier company details in the message body. Please note again that nothing leaves the auction until payment has cleared. We are open Monday the 19th to Friday the 23rd from 10:30am to 4:00pm for payment/pick-up. For payment we accept VISA and MasterCard with a 3% service fee, debit, cash, bank draft and electronic funds transfer (EFT). Bank drafts should be made out to Gary Hanna Auctions Ltd. in Canadian funds. EFTs can be sent to katie@auctions.ca. All sales are final.
