"This is an authentic German World War II Totenkopf (Death's Head) EM collar tab, worn by enlisted men (EM) of the SS-Totenkopfverbände, the SS units responsible for the administration of concentration camps and later, combat divisions like the 3rd SS Panzer Division "Totenkopf." The tab features the signature silver skull on black wool, an ominous and instantly recognizable symbol of the Waffen-SS. The embroidery remains crisp, and the wool backing is in very good original condition, showing only minimal age wear.
