"This original German WW2 Police gorget breastplate features a metallic front with central eagle and swastika emblem, showing a rich aged patina. The gorget includes its complete suspension neck chain, and the back clasp is marked "L." The reverse is covered in a non-fluorescing black felt backing, with two affixing hooks, one of which is also marked "L". The piece retains excellent integrity and character, showing light wear and toning.
