The highest bidder is deemed to be the buyer. Any disputes with the bidding will be settled by the Auctioneer, and that decision will be final. All items sold through Kevin Barker and Greg Snoddon Auctions Ltd. are sold "as is", "where is" and all sales are final. The sale price is subject to applicable taxes. This sale could be subject to reserves.
