Please do not enter a bid greater than you are comfortable paying as your internet bids are a binding contract. Items are available for public inspection by appointment (call: 888-350-9992) starting the Friday the auction goes live until the auction closes the following Wednesday. It is the Bidder's responsibility to confirm all determinative factors for an item's value and Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. It is therefore recommended that all Bidders perform inspections. Failure to inspect item does not relieve bidder of responsibility of payment. Some of the items in this auction may be subject to regulation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and state and local regulatory agencies. Your bids and payment for an item indicates you are an authorized purchaser and will comply with these regulations. Important Note: Most of the medical equipment pieces need regular preventative maintenance and recertification before use. Some of the items in these listings may be expired and may be used for educational, training and non-clinical research purposes only. After the Auction - Please review your invoice carefully. Your registered credit card WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED within approximately 48 hours after the auction closes. You must contact us by email info@globalmedauctions.com within 24 hours of auction closing if wanting to pay your invoice by Bank Wire/ACH Payment. We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, or Discover. The items will close in the order listed on the website. This auction will feature automatic bid extension, which will grant a 1 minute extension to the end of the auction of any item receiving a bid during the last 1 minute. The item will close when 1 minute has elapsed without any bidding activity. All internet bids are treated as if they were given at a live auction. All Bidders will be held accountable for their internet bids. Your internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them. Buyer Terms: 19% Buyer Premium, 4% Discount for ACH/Check or Bank Wire. Payment in full is due no later 3 business days after the close of the Auction. Invoices where Grand Totals exceed $10,000 USD must be paid via Bank Wire. The Removal Deadline for all items in this auction is 10 Calendar Days after the Auction Closes. Please contact us before bidding if special arrangements are necessary for an extension. Buyers will be subject to a storage fee of $40 per Calendar Day for equipment that is NOT REMOVED BY THE ANNOUNCED REMOVAL DEADLINE DATE. Any storage fees must be paid prior to removing items. Items that are not removed within 10 Calendar Days after the REMOVAL DEADLINE DATE will be considered abandoned and buyer will forfeit all rights to property without refund. Please contact us if you need to make preferred storage arrangements. Buyer must also pay all sales, export, use and other taxes due to any federal, state or local taxing authority as a result of Buyer's purchase, including without limitation, any taxes arising from any Buyer's Premium. To receive the benefit of any tax exemption, Buyer must supply Global Med Auction with a sales tax exemption certificate (Send to info@globalmedauctions.com).
