Payment Instructions: Complete payments within 3 business day following the auction by bank wire or cashiers or check accompanied by a bank letter. Any item over $5000 will need a letter of credit from your bank for item to be released at loadout if paying by check. We do accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American express) up to $5000 and there is a 2.5% added convienence fee to the invoice for credit card payment .Winning bidders will be emailed an invoice and payment instructions at the close of the auction July 11th. Payment can only be made at the Marlow Yard location, by wire, check , credit card or cash. Payments are not accepted at other yard locations. Shipping Instructions: Buyer responsible for shipping. A forklift and loading dock available through checkout dates at the Marlow Yard. Checkout following auction until July 21st. Will load out over the weekend. Loadout for items selling offsite will be by appointment. Buyer responsible for loadout of any items selling offsite
Preview Date & Times: July 5th until sale dates, 8-5 at the Marlow Yard. Items selling offsite will be by appointment July 5th through sale days.
Checkout Date & Times: Checkout until July 14th, 8-5. Load out till July 21st daily including the weekend 8am-5pm at the Marlow Yard.

Driving Directions: Marlow Auction Yard is located 6 miles east of Marlow on Hwy 29.

Special Terms

Tax exempt buyers must furnish a copy of their sales tax permit. BUYERS REPONSIBILITIES: All items are sold as is, where is with no guaranties, or warranties as to condition, value, merchantability, safety, or usability. The item will be considered sold without any exceptions upon the final gavel by the auctioneer. Possession will be obtained upon proper settlement. Purchaser will be responsible for the removal, insurance, breakdown, arranging, shifting, loading, and securing of load for any items purchased. Buy on your own inspection.
