We ask that all items be picked up in during these days. We don't have room to hold items. Florida buyers that prefer shipping please let us know preferably by email - info@grannysauction.net Items that are being shipped - the shipping fees are charged with the credit card on file with Proxibid separately once the buyer's items are packaged and we know the shipping cost. We 'll send an email with the cost and tracking number. We complete all shipping by the close of Friday the week of the auction. Onsite payment & check out for local Florida buyers is Mon. 5/2 10am-6pm & Tues. 5/3 10am-6pm. Please acquire all your items on these days. We don't have storage space. Everything is sold to the highest bidder with a 20% buyers premium added to the final bid price and 7% Florida sales tax. We must have your 2022 Florida State tax exempt certificates or out of state affidavits must be completed prior to payment. Everything is sold 'as is, where is' with no guarantees of any kind. {local pick up or buyer arranges 3rd party packing and shipping} Mart Stam introduced the Cantilever Armchair in 1926, unaware that three years earlier a colleague who taught at the Cologne School of Art, Gerhard Stuttgen, had introduced a cold-drawn Mannesman tube that was eerily similar. Later Mies van der Rohe invited Mart Stam to the Stuttgart Weissenhof-Siedlung, where he presented his version of the cantilever armchair. It was there Mart Stam learned of the methods of production and tools that were being utilized by the Bauhaus laboratories. Though similar to his colleagues, Mart Stam was awarded the authorship of the cantilever chair design by the German court. This pair is stamped Made in Italy 1-04-G
