Buyers Premium: 10% capped at $2,000 per items with an additional 3% unlimited. All items are to be paid within three business days following the auction. All items must be paid for before removal of property. ALL PURCHASES MUST BE REMOVED BY FEBRUARY 27TH WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. Those failing to remove their property by this date will incur a $10 per item per day storage fee. We will be loading out from 8:30am-4:30pm Wednesday-Friday following the auction. Each day after that is by appointment only. All property sells as is where is with absolutely no warranties implied or expressed in any way. All serial numbers, mileage, hours, and year models are unverified. All information in any advertisement is believed to be correct but not guaranteed in any way. If Granville Auction Company states that an item runs and it does not run when you come to pick it up, you must still pay for that item. AGAIN WE DO NOT GUARANTEE NOR DO WE GIVE A WARRANTY ON ANY ITEM. We do our very best to list everything we know about an item however; we are not responsible for items that no longer decide to function properly. Our job is to be as honest as possible with you because we would want the same treatment. Granville Auction Company reserves the right to offer property in separate sale, combination thereof, or as a whole. Some items may have a reserve. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect items before purchasing. Sale day announcements take precedents over all printed material. Once an item is sold, they are the buyer’s responsibility. Large purchases may require a banknote or may be held until monies are verified before removal of property. If you bid on an item, you must pay for that item. Granville Auction Company will not tolerate non-paying customers and will prosecute those who don’t pay to the fullest extent of the law. NC Sales Tax does apply to all purchases and a 10% Buyer’s premium applies to all online bidders. Please note that if you buy a vehicle, the title will be mailed to you within 20 days following the auction. Please do not perform any work on any vehicle before receiving a title for that item. Titles: Unless specifically stated in the auction catalog or by the Auctioneer, Granville Auction Company LLP in no way guarantees a title for any vehicle, trailer, boat, atv, etc. If you are unsure about the status of an item, please inquire before bidding. Granville Auction Company reserves the right to hold titles for 28 days, however, it is our goal to mail them to you before then. If there is a problem obtaining a title, Granville Auction Company reserves the right to be granted an additional, reasonable amount of time to obtain that title.
