This is a Beautiful Set of 4 United States Morgan Silver Dollars Encased in a Plastic Coin Holder. Dates consist of 1889, 1885, 1888, and 1891. These are very good looking coins and condition should be judged using pictures or in person during preview.

Collection of 5 Case Pocket Knives

Lot # 2 (Sale Order: 2 of 314)

This is a lot of 5 Case Pocket Knives. The dark blue pocket knife has one 3 inch blade that reads "Blue Stag" with a blue stag design. The bottom of the blade is engraved with "USA 5154L SS" on one side and "Case XX" on the other side. This knife is in excellent condition. The Maroon pocket knife has one blade that measures approx. 2 1/2 inches. One side of the blade reads "Case XX" and the other side reads "USA 61953 L SS". This knife is in excellent condition and had a handle that is used to open the blade. The bone like pocket knife has a decorative blue design on the blade. This blade measures 3 1/4 inches and is marked with "Case XX Stainless USA" on one side and ??"5111ML88P??". This knife is in excellent condition. The baby blue knife has 2 blades that are both 3 inches. One blade reads "USA 6254 SS" and the other blade is engraved with "1st Run XX" with a design and reads "CASE XX". The yellowish one has two blades. The larger blade measures 2.5 inches and is marked “CASE XX STAINLESS USA” and has a blue design engraved on it. The number that is etched on this blades reads “52131 SSP”. The second blade measures 1.75 inches and is marked “SS”. This knife is in very good condition.

C & O RY Railroad Switch Lantern

This Railroad Switch Lantern measures 17 1/2” tall from base to the tip of the handle, the h 11” x w 11“. Thought to be from the early 1900’s. The metal base of the lantern is marked C & O RY. This lantern has four glass lenses; 2 amber, 1 blue and 1 red. The lantern is missing its top but it is in good condition with no apparent damage.

Lot of 5 Knives - 1 Ivory Woolly Mammoth Scrimshaw & 4 Smith & Wesson Knives

This lot includes a Great Loveless Lone Wolf Knife Made from Woolly Mammoth Ivory. This custom knife is hand scrimmed by Linda Layden, with hand cut and polished woolly mammoth ivory scales. This unique, and excellent condition knife is custom made for A.G. (Bob) Loveless, with a carbon stainless steel blade. Overall length of this knife is 6.25” long with original case and certificate of authenticity.

The Woolly Mammoths are extinct herbivorous mammals. They lived between 120,000 to 4,000 years ago, during at times when people existed on this earth. What a wonderful knife and history for any collector or collection.

Also included in this lot, is a nice set of 4 Smith & Wesson Pocket Knives, with a Certificate and Original Box. These knives are not Ivory or Bone, but synthetic. The larger books measure 16½” H, 12½” W and the smaller books measure 6” L, 4½” W.

1945 Sextant With Carrying Case

This is a 1945 Sextant with carrying case, serial no. 2100. This sextant has a bronze frame and quadrant with a black finish. It is a 2.5 power telescope with an adjustable holder. It is in its original case, with brass latches, handle and hinges. Included is the original USMC placard affixed to the top of the case, as well as the receipt and documentation. There are minor scratches on the outside of the wood case, as shown in photos, but in otherwise good condition. The case measures 12½” L, 11” D, 5½” H.

This fabulous Gouache/Watercolor is on paper, and is nicely framed. The unique style of this piece is created by a series of very small, deliberate brush strokes, that together make a fantastic scene, with great detail. This piece measures approximately 18.5 x 23.5" framed.

Painter, illustrator. Born in Albany, OR on June 16, 1894. Blame was an illustrator for the local newspaper in his native city until about 1914. By 1916 he had moved to San Francisco and established a studio-home at 915 Van Ness. During the 1920s he lived in Los Angeles and was active in the local art scene. He died in New York in January 1969....more

These “Institution for Encouragement of Irrigation Works and Development of Agriculture” Bonds are in excellent condition for their age. Please view the photos to appreciate each page and the printings on each. Almost consecutively numbered C21820 and C21818, these books appear almost complete, minus what appears to be 3 coupons from each book. These pieces of history are stunning to look at, and are both signed and sealed, and payable in the City of New York, Mexico, London, Frankfort Berlin, Hamburg, Germany, Amsterdam, and Belgium. These bonds could possibly be redeemed if further research is done, or just collected for display.

This Listed Artist, Nina Davidson, Oil on Canvas Painting captures nature, with its undisputable beauty, in an amazing depth that most paintings cannot achieve. The lamp attached to the top casts the perfect shadows, bringing this scene to life. The lower right hand corner is signed “Nina Davidson, 1918“. The painting is in good overall condition, with amazing depth. There appears to be, what may be a repair, across the center of the painting, as shown in the photos, but it is disguised among the intense depth throughout the rest of the piece. I have not taken off the heavily mounted backing to verify if this is a repair, or simply part of the piece. The frame has minor paint issues found in the upper right side of the frame, as shown in the photos. The measurements are as follows; 45” H, 32”W and the light is 8” D, 15¾” L.
