Loading lever, frame and hammer retaining approximately 50-60% case-hardening with areas of vivid color remaining. Triggerguard and gripstrap assembly are polished brass. Grips very good to excellent with minor period repair splice to front of left grip. Minor dents and bruises. Action tight and crisp. A fine overall example.

Gripstrap assembly retaining strong traces of blue finish mixed with grey patina. Grips very good to excellent with minor wear and marks. Tiny chip present at toe of left grip. Mechanically tight and crisp. A rare and fine Henry Nettleton martial Colt single action with interesting and unique history.

Grips with tiny chip at top of right grip and old crack repair to left grip. Action excellent.
