acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against Young's Auction Service LLC or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the Auction. Young's Auction Service LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
Internet Bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidders feature and leave their maximum bid before the auction ends. Young's Auction Service LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in the auction.
If buyer does not notify Young's Auction Service LLC of such arrangements within 10 days of the auction ending date. Young's Auction Service LLC may resell the lot at a future auction charging the buyer the current standard seller & commission for doing so.
