Payment Instructions: All payments must be made within 5 days of the close of the Auction or the purchase will be forfeited. Methods of payments include cash, credit card, money order and cashiers checks. There is a 3% charge for credit card purchases. A 15% premium will be added to Internet purchases. No refunds or returns will be accepted as all items are sold AS IS.

Shipping Instructions: Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of shipping and the buyer is responsible for actual shipping charges. A valid FFL is required within 5 days of the close of the Auction otherwise the purchase will be forfeited. All firearms purchases will be transferred and shipped to a Valid FFL. No C+R FFL’s will be recognized. Shipping of the purchases may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.
Preview Date & Times: Preview of items in house will be on October 6th and October 7th prior to the start of the auction.
Checkout Date & Times: Purchases can be checked out at the close of the auction.
