If an item is described as 'new in box', and is of current model, any issues should be addressed with the manufacturer under the factory warranty. Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be issued.
- The bidder is responsible for knowing local laws regarding the legality to own certain firearm makes/models, including different configurations as related, as well as accessories such as magazines in any capacity.
- The auctioneer has the sole discretion to advance the bidding, may reject a nominal advance, and shall name a bidder as the buyer
- All firearms will be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer. Only Type 01, 02, & 07 FFL licenses will be accepted. Type 03 C&R WILL BE ACCEPTED in certain circumstances.
- The buyer is responsible for all fees charged by the ship-to FFL dealer.
