Internet Buyers Premium: The internet buyers premium of 10% will apply to all winning online purchases.
All buyers of firearms will be charged a $25.00 FFL document processing fee per gun. FFL dealers will be charged $20.00 FFL document processing fee per gun. FFL dealers must provide a valid copy of the FFL to transfer firearms. If a buyer has a permit, American Arms asks that buyers bring the permit and a valid Driver’s License or ID at the time of pickup of the firearm purchase.
All state and federal rules and regulations will be followed regarding the purchase and sale of all firearms.
If payment is not received by the end of the pickup days or at the time of shipping, accounts due will be charged to the credit card on file with Proxibid. Purchases not settled by this time are considered in default. Any merchandise in default, and/or remaining at auction site after pick-up date, are considered forfeited, and will become the property of MWLA. The purchaser will be charged a $20.00(+) per item restock fee. No refunds will be distributed.
