"Private Purchase" British Infantry Officer's flap holster for the .455 Webley revolver. Era of World War One. (1914 - 1918). Made of top quality Cow's leather in brown fitted with broad belt loop to rear as well as brass attaching hoop for Sam Browne cross straps. The flap and front of the holster has been decorated with brass tacks which appear to have been on there a long time. Very good condition.
