Opening bids are LOW and do not reflect the value of any item.
The over 4,100 photos are the most important and largest part of the item descriptions, they are the true cosmetic description of each lot. BEFORE bidding on any item, please view them all.
NO INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS
Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. We do not and cannot guarantee nor warranty the authenticity of any item. For each item we bring to auction, it is bidder responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other factor; we make no representations to any aforementioned criteria, and all titles and descriptions are statements of opinion.
In no event shall we be responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
We are NOT authenticators of any item represented by us.
PAYMENT: Invoices are sent to winning bidders following the sale. Please ensure the account number and expiration date is accurate and your credit card can bear the weight of your purchases. Payment delays will result in a suspended account with us, and the bidding platform.
Items may be paid in cash at pickup.
The auction platform charges sales tax on all taxable items. If you are tax exempt you must file your certificate with them. We have NO way to add or remove sales tax. If paying cash in person we will collect the PA sales tax required.
If payment is not received 72 hours following the sale, your credit card payment will be automatically processed (Autopay).
Credit Card payments are assessed a 3.5% (4.25 for firearms) convenience fee, detailed on your invoice.
ACCOUNT SECURITY: The security of your bidder account is your sole responsibility. The bidder is financially responsible for all bids placed under its account. If at any time you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify Proxibid, LiveAuctioneers, and Auctioneer immediately.
YOUR BID shall be conclusive proof that you have made yourself acquainted with these conditions and you have agreed to be bound by them. We encourage and welcome any questions BEFORE placing a bid, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and all items are sold as-is, where-is. Auctioneer cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted, or error-free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The Auctioneer, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction. The decision of the Auctioneer is final.
