For invoices under $1000, we will be using ATG Pay. You will pay your invoice that you receive through Proxibid with your credit card if it is less than $1000. Buyer pays all fees associated with using your credit card through ATG Pay. ATG Pay will also charge you sales tax according to where the item will be delivered. The sales tax will also be the responsibility of the buyer. Please notify us as to how you will be paying your invoice if it is over $1000. We do ask that you pay your invoice immediately. Currency Type: USD Shipping Instructions: All ammo must be shipped UPS ground. Most long guns will ship UPS. Multiple items will be combined to save shipping costs when applicable. Any firearm manufactured after 1898 will require a FFL for shipping with the exception of percussion firearms.
Shipping is done through Shipping Saint. We package the items and notify Shipping Saint of the info. You will receive an invoice from Shipping Saint. In that invoice will be a link that you click to pay Shipping Saint directly with your credit or debit card. We will usually select the shipper that is the lower cost of UPS or Post Office. Our gun boxes cost us $6.92 per box so we charge the customer $7 for each box we have to use in their shipment. We also include a small fee for the packing materials as well. It is up to the buyer of firearms to know and understand their federal, state and local laws governing firearms and ammunition. Firearms manufactured after 1898 must be shipped to an FFL in your area. It is up to the buyer to make sure Five Star Auctions is provided with a shipping address and copy of the FFL where the firearm is to be shipped. Buyer will pay for transfer fees for their FFL and for shipping and insurance. There will be no transfer fee from Five Star Auctions.
