Seller or Curless Auction will not be held responsible for any discrepancies, damage or loss of Buyer’s property commencing at the point of sale.

Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is, where is, all sales are final and that they may not return any item they purchase. Auction day announcements supersede prior information.
Curless Auction is providing Internet bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Curless Auction or anyone else if the Internet, phone or computer service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Curless Auction will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before the auction begins.
