All sales are final & as-is.We will only provide refunds for the following situations: Broken in shipping or a grossly incorrect description (E.G. incorrectly identified/listed gun such as wrong caliber/model/manufacturer). We will not allow refunds for any other reasons, including disagreement over stated condition (E.G. good condition vs fair condition), unlisted flaws, stains, minor/cosmetic damage or appearing to operate properly in our care, but not functioning upon receipt. It is your responsibility to know the laws in your state; do not bid on an item that can not be shipped to your state. If an item is ineligible for shipping to your address, you must still pay for the item in full. If you win a firearm that is eligible to be owned in your state, but the magazines would violate that state law, then the firearm will be shipped to you and the magazines forfeited; low capacity magazines may be purchased from the auction house and shipped with your firearm if desired. All descriptions of items are based upon our observations at the time of listing. We do not disassemble or test items. We do not disassemble items to determine if numbers are matching.
